Jul 16,2023Booking was simple, requiring only cruise booking reference and vehicle details. Drop-off right outside the Mayflower Terminal in Southampton was well organised and stress-free. Pick-up required a short walk from the same terminal to the holding car park, involving crossing a busy terminal access road while towing full baggage, but given the location it was as nearby as it could possibly have been. Key pick-up was rapid; my disembarkation was one of the last so there were no queues by the time I got there. I had paid for a Silver Valet and my car was certainly clean and shiny!

We booked parking for a recent cruise in Southampton and embarkation and disembarkation was the smoothest process I've ever experienced. Such an efficient team. Everything is done for you as you arrive with no stress. Within 15 mins of arriving we were eating lunch in the cruise ship and from collecting keys to on the road was just 10 mins on return. Would highly recommend and we are booking CPS parking for our next cruise.

Jul 16,2023Difficult to find any fault with this company. Booking on line via my cruise confirmation was easy. Paperwork arrived via email. Arrived at the port as requested and was meet by pleasant and polite staff. On my return two weeks later went to the hut, which is a very short walk from the cruise disembarkation point, and collected my keys without any difficulty. I was given clear directions as to where my vehicle was parked, which was actually quite close by.

Jul 16,2023A fabulous experience. Turned up at Southampton and was guided to where to leave the car. Advised to stay in the vehicle whilst the car was photographed. Keys were left with the attendant and we left it for them to park. You are given a barcode which you must produce when you return. Collecting the car was as easy. You are shown to a cabin where you hand over the barcode and are given your keys back. You are shown where you car is and you can then leave. Such an easy transaction which we would definitely do again. 5 star service

Jul 15,2023Easy to book, dropped off the car within a few steps of the cruise terminal to some very friendly staff. Collection was easy but signposting not easy to spot. No queues early in the morning. Car was parked very close with plenty of space between it and the nearest cars. Nice job.

Jul 15,2023It was very easy on arrival at the port, they met us at the terminal, photograph the car from all angles . We unloaded it and they took it off to park. On our return it was a short walk to the car park to collect it. A very efficient operation

Jul 16,2023Very friendly and efficient service, it’s the only way to park when cruising Right outside the ship, just take your luggage on the short walk to check it in Its valet parking into a safe compound nearby and on return it is only a short walk away to collect your car from very friendly staff so no worries and an easy exit onto the main routes out of Southampton Highly recommend
