Jul 17,2023We’ve used cps for years and have had a really good experience until recently. The last 3 times we used them, 2 in Soton and once in Dover we have returned to find problems with our car. A flat battery twice, and today our car was left unlocked and the locks wouldn’t work with the remote or key. We have a new battery and think they leave something on in the car which drains the battery. All our dials and gauges aren’t as we left them. Our car works perfectly at home. The prices have gone up so much we are now going to use hotel cruise parking which works out a lot cheaper including overnight stay, breakfast and transfer to port. So much easier than lugging all our luggage into the terminal and the even harder lug to the car park. Just wait for your taxi who will carry the cases for you. CPS is not the easy option. They used to unload your car for you. Not any more. We’ve also been bussed to another terminal carrying our luggage with us. No more CPS for us.

Jul 17,2023First class service, drove in, we were directed to the correct area, charming young lady came and explained everything to me, she then took pictures of the car, while we unloaded it. I then gave her the keys and went to the terminal, on return I walked to the office, showed my tag, they gave me the keys and told me where the car was, only about a 3 minute walk. I would use again in a heartbeat, keep up the good work CPS. 😊😊👍👍

Jul 17,2023I used CPS for the first time! Wow what a service, you meet them beside the cruise liner, you stay in your car while they register your vehicle for you, take photos of your car from different angles, get a trolly for your luggage, you load your trolly up of your luggage and say good bye to your car. Retrieving your vehicle is pretty easy, you walk off the ship, get your luggage and walk a very shortish distance, give them your ticket and they'll give you back your car key and tell you where your car is parked. So easy

Jul 17,2023Excellent service from the initial phone call to collecting the car at the end of our cruise. Parking with CPS was part of our cruise package. Have used several times before. As have other family members… After initial call, paperwork arrived promptly by email, straightforward explanations. On the day of sailing, we were met by a lovely young man who went through the process, photographed our car, helped take our luggage out the boot, and took the keys. Gave us a ticket to keep for the keys on our return. That was it - easy peasy. On disembarkation .. we were met in the terminal and showed which way to go.. short walk to the ticket hut, met by a friendly lady who handed the key over, and pointed out where our car was. Saw them helping a couple who’s car wouldn’t start… and another lady who’d got married and was weighted down with wedding stuff! All in all an easy procedure, highly recommend and will use again.

Jul 17,2023Another great parking experience with CPS! Met at the cruise terminal by friendly staff who processed us quickly and efficiently then on our return a flawless and quick pick up of the car! Only a short 3-4 minute walk from the cruise terminal. Will definitely use them again on my next cruise from Southampton. Very much recommended.

Jul 16,2023As always the drop off procedure was extremely efficient, my car was cleaned whilst I was enjoying my holiday and again key collection and direction to my parked car took no longer than a couple of minutes. All staff are very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to leave my car with CPS in the future.
