Jul 15,2023Fast response. Polite and helpful staff, who photographed the car before drop off. On return really good in getting keys and location of vehicle. We were out of the Car park within 10 minutes of arrival at the gate.

Jul 15,2023As I can no longer drive I wanted the easiest and most straightforward parking for my wife and our Cunard cruise, arrival and departure was just perfect, friendly efficient staff ensured we where handled in minutes and almost at the side of the Queen Mary . Jul 15,2023I was concerned when I dropped my vehicle off at the terminal for 2 reasons, firstly I would not normally let a complete stranger drive my car, secondly I started to wonder what the situation would be if on my return the car had been damaged, who would be responsible. On arrival back at the port the handover went well and more importantly everything was fine with the vehicle. So I rated you 3 stars at the beginning of my holiday and 5 stars at the end, which averages out at 4 stars

Jul 15,2023Simple and easy. Drive up to the specified terminal, a quick car check, handover keys, take your luggage and off you go. Coming back even easier, simply follow the attendant, pick your keys and a short walk to the car. The easiest car parking I have ever used for a holiday. No hassle, no messing about with buses or walking for miles. Would deffo use again!

Jul 15,2023So well organised. Turned up at the port and was told were to park and given my ticket for when we got back. Got off today and was out the port in 10 mins. Will be using again. Simple and very efficient. Thank you

Jul 15,2023Well sign posted and manned by staff on both arrival and departure. Very close to the terminal with luggage trollies too.

Jul 15,2023The whole process was so easy and well organised. We booked car parking online as part of a P&O package, which was really straight forward, giving your car registration to identify booking. Drop off and collection of car right by the port side, really helpful staff and would highly recommend. The only issue we had was finding the access to the Ocean Terminal, which was a signposting issue and not the fault of CPS.

Jul 15,2023Couldn’t be easier, friendly, very efficient staff from arrival to collecting. Your car is taken as you arrive beside the terminal and is waiting a few minutes walk away when you return. Easy booking on line. Always our first choice when cruising from Southampton.

Jul 15,2023Great service and so easy to book up and use. We drove to Southampton and parked up beside our cruise ship. Once our luggage was unloaded the car keys were handed over to the attendant and we were give a ticket with a bar code on it. On our return to Southampton we just handed over the ticket at the car park office, got our key back and was pointed to the car where we loaded up and drove away - the whole process took minutes.
