Jul 14,2023Speedy handover of the car on embarkation adjacent to the terminal check-in area. Similarly, for the pickup of the car: It was in a car park less than 100 meters from the terminal. We were in our cabin within 30 minutes of arrival car handover due to CPS's and P&O's combined efficiency and back in our car and on our way within 15 minutes of collection of our luggage from P&O on disembarking.

Jul 14,2023I was travelling with a wheelchair passenger and was a little apprehensive as to how the whole parking up , unloading baggage , getting into the check in terminal was going to pan out . I needn’t have worried . On arrival we were checked in , in our car and a porter was called to help with baggage . A smooth arrivals process too . The car was driven off site whilst we were away but was waiting in the car park alongside the ship on our return . Would definitely recommend and I will use this service again without hesitation . Thank you .

Jul 14,2023So easy and quick. Dropped car off in the parking lane outside the cruise terminal, CPS then drove it away. Their office is located just opposite the cruise terminal, so was easy and quick to find and they had several staff available, so keys were quickly handed over and we could set off for home. Very smooth and efficient.

It was relatively easy to get our cases to the car along the signed walkways using the P&O-provided trolleys. Just showed the barcoded car receipt to get our car keys and the car waiting for us nearby. We were in our cabin within 30 minutes of arrival car handover due to CPS's and P&O's combined efficiency and back in our car and on our way within 15 minutes of collection of our luggage from P&O on disembarking.

Jul 13,2023Amazingly easy great services hassle free from start to finish. left my phone in the car book in on my cruise then realized but the staff at CPS were great and retrieved it for me no problem. Truly a 5-star service.

Drop car off at the terminal - easy and quick process and know it will be in safe hands until you return after your trip. Same easy process for collecting car and getting back on the road without any hassle. Highly recommend.

Jul 13,2023When we arrived at the port we were politely informed where we needed to go for to exit our car with the suitcases. We were helpfully provided with a trolley so we could load our cases and were informed where we needed to head for to drop off our cases before boarding the cruise ship. The car was driven off to a car park by one of their drivers. All in all a very smooth process throughout. Similar smooth process on our return.

Jul 12,2023Having used the car parking for all our cruise bookings as previously said, takes the hassle out of finding a parking spot before your cruise things have changed over the years no longer do you have your cases taken for you to the cruise terminal but on returning this Sunday from our Arvia Cruise returning Sunday 9th July 23 after collecting my vehicle and leaving the car park travelling down the road a really bad sound was coming from the front driver side wheel after stopping and checking the vehicle whilst still in Southampton we decided to drive home to Worcester the next day I removed the front wheel only to find my suspension front spring had broken at the top I guess leaving it parked up for two weeks little where we to know the spring would finally give up after leaving the car park just our luck now waiting to get it into the garage for repair as my father would have said Sod's law Son 🙄
