Leah was extremely helpful before my order & when there was something Missing from the box. Leah got it sorted straight away & send out. Would highly recommend them. We had some issue at the beginning but when I got in touch with the costumer service they resolved the problem straight away and my daughter received a very nice duvet cover as a compensation. They have a costumer centred approach which I haven't experienced for long time. Thank you

Mar 03,2023On placing my order for a chair that no other supplier seemed willing to deliver to my location, the Cuckooland website produced an error message and I was left in some confusion whether payment was taken or not. Leah in customer service responded promptly to my query on email and thoroughly investigated what happened. She was able to assure me payment hadn't been taken and she manually processed the order for me. All so swift and professional and friendly. Delighted with the customer service I received and very excited waiting for my nursing chair to arrive.

Mar 01,2023I recently purchased the Lar Low Mid bed and the quality of the product is excellent and very sturdy! The instructions are also very clear and easy to follow. I cannot thank Leah West from the customer service team enough as she went above and beyond to send out replacement parts which were accidentally damaged during the build. I can now say the bed is now complete all thanks to Leah's great customer service and communication through out and for going the extra mile. I've now got a brilliant storage bed complete and one happy daughter! Thank you! :)

Feb 20,2023Ordered table and chairs in Dec 2022. Several delays from supplier and was offered delivery date of June 2023. Rubbish. Offered £95 off another much more expensive table and chairs for the inconvenience. Requested a refund.

A replacement was ordered straight away and as this came from some distance it took a few weeks. Mya from the customer service team kept in regular touch with me every few days to keep me updated of the delivery status. Always helpful and friendly. I can’t rate them high enough. Thank you

Recommended.
