Dec 19,2022We purchased the Parisot High Cabin Sleeper Bed from Cuckooland back in early November - this was delivered bang on time and the driver was really helpful with advice prior to myself building the bed which was helpful in advance. The Bed was an early Christmas present which was due to built the week before Christmas as a surprise. So instead of open all the boxes to search for the plans - Leah at Cuckooland was helpful in sending me via email the building instructions ahead of the day - this helped me plan as the bed is a monster to build. With that is took me on my own about 8 hours to build over 2 days. The bed is now firmly in place and looks really impressive in my daughters bedroom - just wished it was around when i was a kid!!

Dec 14,2022The delivery was fantastic, the bed arrived and the instructions and the screws were very hard to put together and once the frame was put together (it was a house single bed) I encountered a major issues with the screws and parts and could no longer continue. To do so Cuckooland would have to resend parts which meant I would have had to undo 4 hours of work and start again which I wasn’t willing to do. Thankfully we came up with a compromise of a partial refund to pay a handyman to come and fix it. I’m so thankful for this because I wouldn’t have been able to repair the damage the handyman fixed and wouldn’t have redone hours of work just to start again, so I would've returned the faulty item. Thank you to the customer service for not only responding quickly but calling me back exactly when they said they would (took me by surprise) everyone was wonderful and I finally have a bed for my little girl. All ended well.

We requested the replacement which also came damaged and we could not wait any longer for a new part to arrive and requested the refund. The quality of the furniture could be better, however the customer service is great, easy and quick communication. The company made a full refund very quickly. 3 start only because of the quality of the product.

However, when I wrote to complain the staff, namely Leah, at Cuckooland was marvellous and straight away organised another one to arr8ve which was super quick. I now have it thsmk you.

I've discovered that Cuckooland publish more information about the product than the manufacturer themselves. This was key to my buying decision. Online and phone support has no queue and Leah, who was my advisor, went above and beyond to answer all of my pre sales enquiries swiftly. Shipping was very quick and after sales has been on point. Thanks again Leah, I'll be stopping by Cukooland for future purchases. First time customer and I wish that I found them sooner.
