I would like to give Mya in customer service a special mention, she made me feel very looked after and eventhough my order was small she made me feel important and valued as a customer. Other companies could take a note out of this companies book. I will be looking on this website for future purchases.

Mya immediately raised an investigation and was able to tell me which neighbour my parcel had been left with very promptly. It was nice to speak to a real person, I haven't experienced such personal service for a quite some time. Really greatful to Mya for her help and I hope this feedback is shared with her manager.

Nov 12,2022We bought a garden furniture set in the summer, not only we’re we delighted with the quality, but the items were incredibly well packaged and the delivery driver was the most helpful we’ve ever had. Internet shopping can be a bit of a minefield at times, but not with Cuckooland, it seems effortless.

Nov 11,2022Sometimes you come across a company that you haven't used before or indeed even heard of and you're cautious before you hit that order button. I felt like that with this purchase, especially as it was for a large sum, but what can I say other than they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I made a user error when ordering and had to call them. They picked up swiftly and the customer service I received went above and beyond. I am truly delighted and will be back for sure!

Nov 09,2022Delivery didn’t come but Leah emailed to sort it all out came the following Friday, the delivery’s seem to be a regular thing so I’d probably say stop using the delivery company everyone complains about, other than that lovely bed and my daughter will be happy :)
