I couldn’t rate any higher Cuckooland’s customer service. Recently I ordered a single bed with trundle and two mattresses. There were a couple of issues with the mattresses and I contacted the customer service, which did everything they could to solve the issue and ensure I was a happy client. Leah was five starts throughout this process!
We had an issue with our delivery and the cot and chest of drawers were damaged in transit. Unfortunately they were then out of stock so couldn't get re-shipped quickly. Leah was fantastic she emailed every week with an update to let me know what was happening and then when they were back in stock offered a voucher and a goodwill present. Thank you to Leah - really appreciated your help and would shop with Cuckooland again.
Wonderful customer service from the team especially Leah. Of my original order of two items, one was not in stock. I ended up ordering a replacement for 2nd item but it arrived slightly damaged. Excellent customer service, no quibbles about damage was told I didn’t need to return and Leah was very helpful with suggestions, guidance etc. would definitely order again despite problems as customer service so helpful.
Absolute nightmare of an order due to their courier service, ended in my order being delayed by 3/4 months. The only reason im giving them 4 stars is their customer service is not like any other I have ever dealt with. Leah was fantastic, so apologetic and constantly linking in with me to let me know she was thinking of us. We were also offered a reimbursement for the delay, so maybe a very unusual occurrence but their customer service was fantastic. Thank you Leah for your help!
I ordered a pizza oven and accessories, best price around anywhere and arriving super quick. What I hadn't realised was that the 'peel' I had ordered was actually too big for the pizza oven opening. I emailed Cuckooland customer service and explained the issue and was responded to promptly and a straight-forward solution offered for collection and exchange by a very friendly and polite customer service rep called Leah. Each time I emailed question I had regarding the logistics of collection, delivery and any additional costs I again received a friendly, helpful answer without delay and the collection of the unwanted item was made the next day as expected and without issue. This is what a great customer service experience can and should look like for online purchases. Unlike with a recent and bad experience with a very well-known online retailer.....I had issues trying to return a faulty brand new power bank, and gave up in the end when it became obvious that their service representatives were incapable of assisting me with a collection, to the point that I am still in possession of faulty goods despite numerous attempts to get somebody to engage and help.
Fantastic smooth service from order to delivery. Excellent after care from Leah at Cuckooland who resolved a small issue swiftly. Would highly recommend!

I had a few issues with a bed arriving damaged a couple of times (it was not well packaged by the manufacturer rather than the supplier). I nearly sent it back but Leah in the customer service team was very empathetic and was determined to resolve the issue. She went above and beyond and even did a follow up email to check all was well and my son was happy with his new bed. It would have been a 5/5 for Leah. I would definitely use the company again as it’s so important things are dealt with well when there is an issue!

Excellent service. Product arrived on time and was as described. Unfortunately after a few months the product developed a problem but after contacting Cuckooland a replacement was sent. Very helpful at every stage.
There was a mistake with our order and it didn't arrive. As soon as I pointed this out, the communication was great and they sent us a free pizza cutter as an apology. Good companies sort things quickly when things go wrong - very impressed!
We have mixed expericane with Cuckooland. First purchase went well and fast with also fast delivery and point to spend. Second one, taking advantage of points and discount, was not so well, however I would say it was not due to Cuckooland, but due to bad quality from the supplier. It was quite long period of communications with CS (which was good), then supplier and delivery company have screwed replacement items again. So, I have taken one star from my review, however I am generally happy with Cuckooland and their customer service.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a le Feu fire. After realising it was unsuitable I was going to return. Cuckoo land helped coordinate return and eventually I decided to change hanging pole for stand. The manufacturer asked for pole to be returned at my cost. Which I was happy to pay, as it was my mistake. Cuckoo land emailed me to confirm that they would reimburse me as a good will gesture on their behalf. I didn’t expect it and it certainly exceed my expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Leah and Mollie were excellent at keeping me informed.
