Aug 26,2022Really the worst service we've ever had from a company. Our son is now 7 weeks old and we have no bedroom furniture for him, nowhere to put his clothes, no change table and no cot. The original deliver date for our order was end of June!!! Order No. 32997

I was kept informed all the time with my order and delivery and although I did have a couple of hiccups with the order ( due to the actual product itself) the team were more than happy to resolve this. Aug 19,2022Item was best priced on this site. Arrived slightly damaged. Could see it was a shipping type accident and in No way related to the quality of the company. This became very evident with the professional quality and response of the team to rectify the situation. They immediately contacted me flowing a voicemail left over the weekend. Then without any drama, organised a replacement with no additional charge for postage. In conclusion, the five stars is deserved for the quality of customer care alone. Thank you. Aug 17,2022I’ve been looking at buying our new garden table and barstools for a while, and then found it on cuckooland £500 cheaper than anywhere else! It arrived really quickly and the interest free payment plan is really helpful too. The table is perfect and very good quality.

I was really impressed with the speed I received my item ( 4 days before estimated ) I had an enquiry and called customer service who were very helpful, answering my questions straight away. The prices are very competitive as I got my item cheaper than from all the big names. From my experience I can highly recommend.

Aug 11,2022I can honestly say that Cuckooland is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I was looking to spend a lot of money on a good quality, long lasting garden dining set and chanced upon their website. It was very easy to navigate with lots of good quality products at very reasonable prices. I placed my order and it arrived as scheduled 3 days later. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the dining set that needed to be sorted so I sent an email straight away and received a prompt reply from the very helpful and lovely Leah. Knowing that my issue would take some days for a reply from the manufacturers she kindly kept in touch with me and kept me updated throughout. The issues are now all sorted which I am extremely happy about and I will absolutely be spending more of my money with them! Thank you Cuckooland and thank you Leah!

Aug 05,2022Not pleased with experience of purchasing from Cuckooland on more than one occasion. They don’t seem to have their own warehouse, so essentially they place an order on your behalf with their suppliers. This means that, as happened with us on more than one occasion, if parts of the delivery are missing or faulty Cuckooland cannot do anything beyond chasing the missing or faulty parts on your behalf. This results in lengthy delays. For my child’s furniture it took a very long time for the faulty part to be replaced and for the recent order of parasol it meant nearly a 3 week wait, having parts of the delivery laying in the garden and very importantly missing on the parasol during the heatwave. The customer agents are friendly and helpful, but that’s no substitute for the business model whereby everything takes time (item on my child’s room sat there incomplete for a significant period of time). For this reason, I won’t be ordering from Cuckooland anymore and am unable to recommend them because from my experience Cuckooland cannot provide any quality assurance or checks prior to items being dispatched.

I have ordered two items and have been delighted with both. They can get things Wayfair cannot be bothered to get even though they advertised them on their website. No nonsense like this at Cuckooland. Well done Nathalie and team

Aug 30,2022We ordered a new bed for our daughter and our experience of Cuckooland has been brilliant from start to finish. The website was easy to use and order placed with no issues. The delivery company used was great with communications and the option to choose your delivery date was super helpful! The bed is great and simple to put together. The only issue is that the mattress is slightly shorter than the bed so there's a few inch gap at the bottom but not too noticeable when I tuck the duvet into it. Will order again from Cuckooland and recommend to friends!
