Jul 26,2022Although my initial delivery did not arrive in perfect condition, I am pleased that the super helpful customer service team (Leah West in particular) have been able to resolve this issue for me and are now sending out replacement parts for my cot bed. I am extremely grateful for a quick and easy conversation with Leah, who showed commitment to the job and care to the customer at all times. Thank you so much!

Jul 22,2022I bought a Garden Trading table and bench set from Cuckooland last year, as they had the best price, and the surface of the table and benches has become defective. I contacted both Cuckooland and Garden Trading, and Chloe at Cuckooland handled the issue - acting as liaison with Garden Trading. She has been SO helpful, and managed to organise a replacement set (including collection of the old one). Communication was excellent, and she has even checked in to make sure I've heard from the courier company with a time. Highly recommend!!

Jul 22,2022My item was delivered damaged, witch was down to the Delivery company. I had contacted Cuckooland, they were very understanding and resolved the problem with in a few days. Even though the item was damaged. The customer support was amazing and was very help full. I will still continue to buy from Cuckooland because if there’s any Problem is they will resolve it.

Jul 15,2022I ordered Ooni Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven from Cuckooland simply because they had the best price and a rewards scheme. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it arrived the next day with free delivery. I had to call customer support with regards to an issue with redeeming my reward points. They resolved the issue very quickly and were extremely friendly. Cuckooland is now on my list for future online shopping, a great competitor to Amazon at even better prices in many instances.

Jul 14,2022Unfortunately there was a delay of a couple of weeks for my item to be delivered as it seems Yodel lost it somewhere in their warehouse. This delay was made as short as possible by the excellent actions of cuckooland's Leah and the rest of her team that did as much as they could to get a replacement out as soon as possible. They were easily contactable by phone and email and very responsive and it was much appreciated given at most companies you struggle to raise anyone real these days. I would order from them again.

The communication on order was good but there was then some confusion around delivery. On flagging this to the team, they were brilliant at resolving the issue and giving us updates.

Jul 01,2022I purchased a Bin Store from The Garden Village last week. When it arrived, two of the shelves were broken,. I informed Cuckooland, and they got back to me promptly the next day. However they wanted to replace the shelves which seemed a lot of hassle, as I could repair them and it seemed silly to send another van with two more shelves. All I asked was a goodwill gesture, partial refund and Ill fix. However it is Cuckoolands policy not to offer partial refunds. Overall I think the quality of my purchase isnt great, the wood is roughly sawn, splinter ridden, and splitting. The instructions are basic, and some of the fittings just dont work. Overall, Id say Cuckooland, is expensive, poor quality and sadly lacking in its customer service. A lot of the products are expensive, and can be found comparatively cheaper. The points I suppsoedly have collected also, dont seem to appear on my account or its not clear how I can use them on another purchase. Disappointing.
