Jun 23,2022I ordered the Ooni Karu 16 pizza oven along with a number of accessories and requested next day delivery, the item did not arrive so I chased up the Cuckooland team and from then on I received really good service from Leah West who not only sorted the delivery but also sent me 2 lots of accessories for the oven which amount to £60 in value as well as refunding me the next day delivery fee. There will sometimes be slip ups on deliveries and the way to judge a company is how they respond to the issue and I think Cuckooland have been excellent and I would happily order from them again so thank you.

Jun 22,2022Great service, got in contact with support team to see if they could rush my order through as had left it a bit late before Father’s Day with the estimated shipping time and they went above and beyond to try and make sure I got it on time which I did! Super chuffed and the quality of the item is amazing - thanks so much to Bryony for helping me out so much!

Jun 21,2022After searching for a ridiculous amount of time we finally found a bed we liked for our sons. I had an issue with the delivery price as it classed us in the Scottish Highlands (which is a stretch but not Cuckoolands fault). We decided to leave it and look at other options when I received a promo email prompting me to complete the checkout with 10% and free delivery. Clicked the link and it only applied the 10%. After chatting to Leah about this she confirmed that free delivery was still only in certain postcodes and the 10% should only be on full price items (the bed has £100 off). In the end she managed to solve the issue so I was happy to complete the order. She was friendly and efficient. Would recommend contacting customer service as they were really helpful.

Jun 21,2022Bed delivered was damaged everywhere and to make matters worse one of the bolts had no thread to attach to. Complete waste of time and money. Now waiting to see if a replacement will be sent asap as daughter has no bed

I spoke to a number of people in customer services and everyone I spoke with was so professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. They dealt with the issue promptly and arranged collection and a refund of the items. I found the service I received from the team at Cuckooland to be first class and the the customer service team are a credit to the company.

Jun 11,2022Have been growling about buying a Ooni karu 12 pizza oven for some time but was put off by the high price, fortunately I spotted a cracking deal at Cuckooland, took the plunge and ordered the oven and a gas burner. Delivery was prompt and the oven is absolutely fabulous!!!! Fantastic product sold by a fantastic company.

I received an instant email response to the email I sent informing them of an issue I had with a broken zip on the door of the hypedome I had purchased 18 months ago. By the second working day their customer service staff member had already arranged for a replacement door unit to be sent out from their supplier. It was a pleasure to do business with them for the original purchase as all the staff are extremely accommodating and well informed, with very good response when assistance was required. I am therefore doubly impressed to have received such an excellent after sales service. Thank you and well done Cuckooland.

Jun 05,2022Arrived early ! Ordered the Ooni Karu 12 pizza oven. Stock wasn’t expected until the 6th of June which I was aware of before ordering. I had emails saying my delivery had been picked up by DPD and was due on the 07.06 which I thought was good. Had an update this morning To say it was getting delivered between 10-11. Fantastic service with updates at every stage. First order I’ve placed but it won’t be the last.
