May 31,2022I bought a bed and a bedside table from cuckooland. The bed is very sturdy which looks nice with its curve modern outlook, particularly it is of a good price from Cuckooland. The CS service was excellent too. I need some follow-up for my double sized bed and the CS teams reply swiftly and give a big hand. Highly recommend this online furniture portal.

May 26,2022I had ordered a Maze Rattan dining set with ice bucket and lazy Susan from Cuckooland. Unbeknown to them the wrong table was sent direct from the manufacturer. I contacted Customer Services and a lovely lady called Chloe helped sort my problem out. She was extremely helpful throughout and kept me informed every day of what was happening to rectify the situation. What wonderful service I received and it was faultless. So nice to be looked after in such a wonderful and pleasant manner. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

May 21,2022Absolutely shocking quality and diabolical customer service. Requested refund on faulty bed that arrived 3 months late and now have unusable bed in my son's room who now sleeps on the floor. Never again would I make a purchase through these rouge traders. UPDATE: AVOID THESE COWBOYS, they expect you not to assemble product otherwise refuse refund, hence how would you ever know there is an issue. Cheap and waste of time!!!

May 13,2022Ordered a sofa at Aug 2021, been told estimate delivery date would be end of Oct. Received top half of the sofa at Jan 2022, without the sofa legs. Legs been found from their warehouse after 10days. When installing the legs, found the fabric underneath growing patch of mould! Experience of a 3.5K purchase, enjoy!

I chated with customer service online they were kind, quick and very friendly, not robot an actual person, I expressed how urgently I needed the bunk bed, they promised delivery within 48 hrs and they did deliver! the driver called me 1/2 hr before arriving which was great because I was out but close by so I went back, the slot was for 3 hrs only not the whole day like other companies, so highly recommended!! Thanks Cuckkooland. very happy with the service. :)

May 12,2022AVOID - sent me a faulty rug and then charged me £20 to return!! I hope trading standards read these reviews as this is illegal but I don’t have the time to take this further at the moment and they have stopped answering my emails.

Jun 03,2022I bought the ooni koda 16 for my partners birthday as he loves to make pizza. This gift did not disappoint we have used it numerous times and with summer setting in pizza parties are becoming more frequent. It heats up extremely well and maintains temperture throughout cooking. It has plenty of space for putting in and taking out your pizza. There is no complexity in using the oven either and delivers out perfect pizza every time, as long as your dough is right haha Cuckooland were good suppliers I did have an issue with timing if delivery but the staff were able to resolve the issue quickly and aswell as being very polite and as helpful as they could be, regardless of how busy they were with it being the week running upto to christmas. Would but from them again
