I ordered a product, clearly showing in stock, on their website beginning of December 2023. They send me an email saying there has been a mistake and they do not have it in stock and the stock will be replenished within 2-3 weeks. At the end of December, I send them an email asking the whereabouts. No response. In January, I send another mail, no response. Today it is 25th of January, still nothing I did make my purchase using Klarna, pay in 3. I already paid two instalments, but following nor response, I reported it to Klarna and the last instalment was now suspended. Please be mindful. It is the most shocking customer service. Not even bothering responding but taking your money with no shame
Absolutely shocking service , take time Off work to wait for a delivery that’s booked in for nothing to arrive no notification form yourself or delivery company…… to phone your delivery company to be told it’s been put on hold by the supply !!! Can’t speak to anyone at Cuckooland as phones lines are currently off due to Covid ?! Sent emails to ask for update yet to confirm a delivery day to me !? Shocking customer service You was quick to take my £900 for my order ….. not so quick to inform me what’s happening and why my order is on hold with the delivery team . Very very disappointed
Excellent customer service from the Cuckooland team - had a large weathervane that starting peeling paint only 2 years after purchase - contacted the company with pictures - they accepted responsibility and contacted the manufacturer who agreed to replace it. The new weathervane arrived today. Thanks Cuckooland customer service team.

Very smooth transaction, it’s the first time I have ordered anything from Cuckooland and was very happy by their service. I am equally impressed with the Lotus grill that I received. It was very well packaged and arrived within 4/5 days from purchase date. I might add being so close to Christmas I thought that was fab. I will definitely be ordering again and recommend to fellow Campers etc on our travels.

Dreadful customer service and experience. I ordered a bed for Christmas for my son and it said it would come on time - I got a generic response when asking for an update, my phone call was not returned and now the phone lines are diverted to voicemail despite saying they will shut on the 23rd which isn’t yet. Unbelievably poor and disappointing service, do not order from them
My experience with ArrowXL's delivery service for the child's bed I purchased from Cuckooland has been exceptionally disappointing. The initial delivery failed, falsely claiming absence despite three adults being present. The second attempt cited difficulty reaching the building, even though I had relocated with a 7.5 van, using a parking area they overlooked on Google Maps. This resulted in a redelivery post my son's birthday, making it the worst delivery experience. I strongly discourage anyone from using ArrowXL's services due to this highly frustrating and inconvenient ordeal. P. S pictures provided by ArrowXL from outside block of flats and from opposite side of road. Just before building is road to parking area for 70 cars which are certainly enough for 7.5t but driver possibly missed it. I updated phone number in their system and requested to follow up with driver, but they ignored it and called my wife number which wasn't available as they report 2 hours delay so she went to work. P.P.S They promised that someone will contact me about redelivery within 24 hours. Last failed delivery was 13/12 today 16/12 I send 1 email and rang them to get an update about redelivery no reasonable reply but promises that someone will contact me Monday 18/12 what potentially will move delivery to 21/12 as minimum

Absolutely brilliant service before during and after. Bought a Large Oval House pod from Cuckooland - went to their showroom and met with a very knowledgeable Nathalie who talked to us about the process. She answered everything we threw at her and even managed to convince us that she was having fun at the same time! The team who installed the pod arrived exactly when they said they would and worked hard all day building our pod from scratch. We really are so delighted with it. Thank you for your good old fashioned customer service and for making the experience enjoyable!
We initially had issues where they were not prepared to replace damage wood as a result of their assemblers assembling, after sending video, evidence and pictures they change their tune. First issue. Second issue, this is a gaming bed predominantly used for a child, however, the wood is so so soft, it damages very very easily. I would not recommend this bed for a child due to this and the appearance will soon change. Why a harder word is not used. I have no idea, my advice would be do not purchase for a child. There response below completely misses out the fact the wood is too soft and damages really easily and is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE FOR A CHILD. DO NOT PURCHASE

Very impressed with the handling of my first order with Cuckooland. Unfortunately the first set of lights had a few of the lamps damaged in Transit. Once reported (with photo evidence). Another set was sent straight away. Lights really nice and excellent Customer Service.
Awesome value and service. Ordered a detachable bunk some parts were damaged they went above and beyond & happily replaced in full. Very good service all round especially from Leah in customer service (team leader).

Jan 26,2024Complete shutdown of communications! Purchases a bed for my daughter that was due to be delivered on 22nd Jan 2024 after an initial 2 week lead time. Waited in all day but no delivery, and no communication. Contacted the delivery partner who was aware of a wider problem with sully but wouldn’t provide any information apart from directing me to call Cuckooland directly. Cuckooland (email only) customer service can’t offer any guidance whatsoever future delivery?!?! Whatever the reason is, this is shocking CS - where’s my order? When can you deliver it? My daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor
