The delivery date ended up being the day of the party and I initially couldn't arrange an earlier date but Leah West, Customer Service Team Leader, went above and beyond to get it delivered the day before. The set is fabulous and was a big hit on the day.

Leah was empathetic, friendly and resolved the issue super quickly, nothing was too much trouble and I’m now looking forward to the delivery of my daughter’s new bed. Aug 16,2023I ordered three wooden stools from Cuckooland. Unfortunately one was only in stock and I was was contacted by customer service to let me know this soon after purchasing. They arranged for the two other stools to be delivered at a later date. Their customer service team were extremely helpful and kept me updated as to when the stools would be delivered. It’s always a nice touch when you deal with a company that cares about their customers. The stool were of excellent quality and were exactly as described. I would highly recommend shopping at Cuckooland.

Aug 16,2023A truly lovely company! I bought a bed from them 6+ months ago but didn't open it immediately due to family illness. When we finally opened it there was minor damage to one of the boards. Although I was outside the time limit, they very kindly sent a replacement part to me at no extra charge. Lovely company, fabulous service; and they kept me updated throughout the process - thank you so much!
