May 03,2019This was my first time using Cuckooland. I ordered the Vipack New York single bed in blue for my seven year old. It is solid and well manufactured and suits our Edwardian home and the colour gives it modernity. My son's recently lost his father so I wanted to jazz up his room."Cuckooland" had the best price around for this model. So I thought I'd give them a go. Oddly, there was a slight problem with the manufacturer (Not Cuckooland) packing the wrong instruction pamphlet. So I contacted Cuckooland customer service and was really impressed with Beth who swiftly sorted the hiccup out for me. Her professionalism and warmth was refreshing in these days of soulless automation. I made the bed myself... (no chaps needed here).... and would certainly use them in the future. If all Cuckooland's team are as competent as Beth I'm sure the company will do very well indeed. Sarah

Apr 30,2019After being let down by another company on this product. I googled the item and saw cuckooland were selling it. I rang them to ask if they actually had it in stock and got a fantastic customer service experience. I ordered it online on a Friday and by the Monday the item was with me. Can’t fault this sort of service !!
