May 08,2024Easy process with regular updates on progress. My only gripe is that finding retailers could be easier. You need to enter a postcode or location then start typing the name of a retailer before any results are shown. It would be better if you simply entered a postcode and a list of closest retailers were shown.

May 07,2024Ordered a bike through the cycle to work scheme, was so excited when it turned up. I opened it to find it full of scratches and chips to the paint work. After talking to customer services they advised me I can have either £35 money back and keep the bike or send it back for a replacement. I then sent it back as I though £35 compared to a £400 bike was nothing. When I sent it back I then received an email that they have no stock and I have to ring a help desk to arrange a refund! So now I have all the accessories for a bike and no bike to use it for!
