Apr 22,2024Fantastic experience you can search as much as you like on line, but Cycle World in particular Dave was excellent he knew all his store products and my requirements, added lots experience and direction to help make an informed decision. I had deadline to take the bike on leave it was ready for me same day PDI and accessories installed. Great shop, knowledgeable team lots of customers arriving activity level were very buoyant which is always a good sign.

Apr 22,2024Process is long winded which makes it difficult to respond to offers and discounts. Some retailers won't let you use the voucher on on-sale items. Can't top up voucher amount. Have to guess what you want to spend and hope things line up by the time you get the voucher.

Apr 12,2024Be careful to update the value of your purchase/certificate as there is no flexibility when you get to store, meaning you have to go right back to the start of the process. Also make sure that the retailer has the equipment in stock, as once you have selected a retailer then there is no option to change other than going right back to the start of the process.

Apr 08,2024Long waiting time for my certificate: The benefit I selected with my employer was active from 1 February, but I only received the e-voucher mid/end March (by which time the bike I had selected was out of stock, but there was no option to cancel the benefit). The payments were deducted from my salary since February, but I could not use the benefit at all When I received the voucher, it directed me to "Your Pre-Contract Information document contains a summary of the key financial information you need to be aware of. You can download a copy by logging into your BHN Extras account, clicking the Cyclescheme tile to access My Cyclescheme, and from there using the "Download Your Pre-Contract Information". There was no button for "Download Your Pre-Contract Information" on My Cyclescheme. I looked for it for ages and then contacted customer service, who were not helpful - they re-sent the initial email and told me that I would only get to review the hire agreement when I was picking up the bike. They did not seem to know about what the email to me said (they said they cannot see the text of the email).
