Mar 02,2024Great savings, so very much worth it! Scheme is a total hassle though, and the admin is really annoying. You need to spend exactly the right amount - if your voucher is 1p under what you want, it doesn't work, and if you underspend the voucher in a single transaction, that's just money you lose. The kicker is that it takes >1 month to get the voucher, so it's almost impossible to know what you'll get if you find a bike on discount. really really annoying Also the website is terrible and clunky.

Feb 28,2024When I found the supplier who accepted Cyclescheme and confirmed they did not charge a premium for using the voucher, it all went very smoothly. The voucher exchange was very smooth, the supplier had a well oiled process. I now wait to hear/see if the HR and Payroll at my company have processed the 18mth plan correctly.

Feb 20,2024*Cyclescheme.co.uk is widely accepted by many local bike shops AND online bike vendors. I got proposals for my new bike from four different online vendors, all are happy both to respond to emails and to accept phone calls to close on a sale. Online vendors typically give best prices. *After the application was approved by my employer it took 2 weeks for my e-voucher to arrive; Cyclescheme must apply to employer for purchase order, invoiced issued, e-voucher arrives only after employer has transferred payment to Cyclescheme, which is fair enough. The Cyclescheme webportal shows me my application's progress status which i shared to the bike shop and they were content to await arrival of the voucher having confidence in reliability of Cyclescheme as a partner

Feb 14,2024What a beautifully crafted site and scheme this is! It was effortless to apply and obtain my bike, with the retail shop being fully appraised of how to handle the Cyclescheme documentation - they mentioned how much easier it is than some of the other schemes. Fully recommend using this.
