Sep 07,2024The cycle scheme was a easy tracking system from start to finish , From looking at the cycle scheme website which gives you all the bike shops/ companies selling bikes under the cycle scheme , Note not ever company’s / cycle shops work under the cycle scheme so do check the web-site. from buying my bike through the cycle scheme at work who gave me my company code to use with the cycle scheme , The cycle scheme website was easy to follow for tracking your progress from application to ownership which is done in a numbered system stage going from stage one to stage eight which was easy to follow and you can log on at anytime to see what stage your at buying your bike. The Cycle scheme was very easy to contact on any issues which you shouldn’t get with the website helpful information telling you everything clearly.The cycle shop which I was buying from was easy to contact on any issues on stock availability etc, It took roughly 23 days from start to finish with delivered to my house with the new bike. I would Definitely use them again which I did five years ago buying my last bike with them.👍😎🚴♂️

Sep 04,2024Very straightforward. Took 2 business days from submitting the purchase request to generating the employer invoice for payment. Then another 2 days to acknowledge payment of the invoice and release the funds to the bike retailer (i.e. 4 business days end-to-end)

I have entered the certificate details into the cycle scheme payment method for my chosen retailer, it says 'waiting for valid certificate' and does not let me proceed after I've entered the details. Oh and my salary sacrifice has now started, so I'm paying for the scheme that isn't even helping me. Not happy. At. All.
