Nov 05,2024Very slow process .Almost 2 months since my employer approved the request and the certificate is not ready. I have got 2 generic e-mails that my certificate is under process. I don't believe it's worth the wait....Totally regret it.

Nov 03,2024Easy to register and get setup. Once invoice is paid certificate and voucher are promptly sent via email. After that it’s just going back and ordering the bike and accessories etc.

Oct 24,2024Fairly straight forward to pick shop, sort bike agreement and quick to payment services. Only downside is the order of online form completion prior to attending shop and was all linked to nhs email making access impossible. So was unable to complete contract in shop that travelled down south for. Instead had to do on my return.

Oct 16,2024Be aware of completely hidden fees for you to "own" the bike after the first year. This isn't clear anywhere and they then just pop up and try to charge you £100s to own something that you have already paid for. They also link to a HMRC page and try to pretend the % on that page are what you need to pay to them, even though that's not what the page is saying at all. Very murky practices.

Unfortunately, i had an accident on my previous bike which was written off... literally, luckily i was ok. I requested this through my employer and once i received the certificate it took 3 days and everything was delivered. Again, another happy client. Thanks
