My bike was never collected, and they apparently called me which they never did on the day. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone, and I only receive emails from Chrish who ignores anything regarding a refund. £30 stolen from me. Please avoid to save yourself money and time.

Hi Do Not Use Cycle Sent . My bike was delivered 2 days after it was collected THEY SAID NEXT DAY. My Bike was damaged . Carbon fork snapped £195.00 to replace. Sent them every thing they asked for to claim on the insurance. I phoned P.G.S Global 01217830202 They had all the info on my claim .They sent a Email to Cycle sent and they replied to me saying they sent more info to P.G.S Global . There was a 6 hr time difference on the Email i got off Cycle Sent 4 Aug .On the 3 oct i rang P.G.S Again and they told me THE CLAIM WAS passed and Cycle Sent had the funds . AND I HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY ON ANY OF MY EMAILS SINCE THE 4 AUG They would get 0 not 1 if i could. The WHOLE COMPANY IS ONE BIG SCAM. The phone number does not exsit PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS COMPANY. OFF TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE Paid Cycle Sent on the 20 June it's Rip

Disgusting. Took my money, never collected my bike, nor answered the phone despite 20+ calls. Did not respond to emails. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

After my parcel bring sat at a depot for a week I was finally able to find at the CycleSent had not been paying the APC bill so all there deliveries had been stopped and there account frozen Avoid these criminals like the plague.

This company failed totally with regard to a recent bike delivery. We had to resort to another courier. Thye have not refunded the £120 they charged, and are failing to reply to phone calls, emails or via their IM function. Based on our experience avoid at all costs

AVOID this company, absolutely shocking service! Did not pick up when scheduled and ignored all phone calls and emails leaving me completely in the dark with any further plans.

Do not use this company. Truly terrible experience with them. They NEVER answer the phone, they make mistakes, their cycle box was pathetic, their attitude was bad, their promised refund did not materialise until PayPal ruled in my favour. Save yourself the hassle, choose another company. I chose Bike Delivery, who were good.

I dealt with all the details on line and sentmy order off. An email arrived quite quickly indicating that I had not specified a pick up date and had spelled the same word incorrectly, twice in my daughter's address! I found the phone number and called to correct things. There was no reply. I sent an email and then started to look at reviews. The first of these was damning, including a 'phone not being answered' comment. I feared the worst but an email arrived quite quickly with a pick up date. The bike was picked up on the right day but the couriers had not contacted me prior to arrival, despite assurances that this would happen. Further email exchange took place in which appropriate apologies were made and a promise to speak to the couriers. The bike arrived on the alloted day and is now being used by my son in law. Glad I didn't see the first review before booking as I might have been put off.

I would agree with all the bad reviews below. The bike was sent and then disappeared for about 4 days, no way of communicating with Cycle Sent, i.e. no phone and no emails. But then bike reappeared at the address it was sent from, not the destination. Very badly damaged (carbon frame) and despite additional insurance being taken out no payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

BEWARE Awful company. Quick to take your money. Phone Number in active, 2 days of emailing them before I got a response. Canceled order and still haven't been refunded, No replies to any messages or emails. I wish I had read the reviews before booking with this company

Terrible company,it’s been nearly a week and bike is still sitting in hallway,I’ve emailed them but no reply&ignoring me,so now booked with another courier and trying to get a refund!!!

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Bike wasn't collected on date agreed and when it was finally collected it took 5 days to arrive at the destination. On arrival the box was so badly damaged that parts of the bike were protruding through the card despite the bike having packaged well originally. And sadly the bike was damaged too - so much so that it could not be assembled properly. I have taken it to a repair shop and it is going to cost upwards of £80 to repair the damage done to the gears and saddle. The courier claim that it is Cycle Sent's responsibility to resolve the issue but I have subsequently had no communication from Cycle Sent (original emails came from an operative called Crish) and the company telephone number is not in use. My only option now is to make a complaint via Ofcom. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

I will not use this company again. I booked an overnight service, including packaging. They contacted me to advise that I hadn't paid for insurance, which I did. The bike was collected by a third party courier. The next day I was advised it had been delivered - it hadn't. I tried to contact Cycle Sent, but no replies to email, and phone numbers do not work. APC were the delivery company, and communication with them was sporadic. I persevered and APC said it would be delivered the next day - No!. The next day was bank holiday, so I hoped for delivery on Monday - No! Finally turned up on Tuesday with the box falling to bits and some items dropping out. 6 DAYS LATE!! The delivery driver was completely unapologetic - "..well, you've got it now..! Tried again to contact Cycle Sent - nothing. APC were good, and arranged a refund - guess who to - yes, Cycle Sent. I was copied into the exchange, and was promised that the Cycle Sent team would be in touch to organise a refund - I didn't believe them then, and time (one month later) has proved me right. I have even just given them one more chance to redeem themselves by phoning again - still no response. Just shocking!!

Bike has arrived intact without any issues, a day later than expected, busy network due to Covid I expect. If i had read the reviews first, I would not have used Cycle Sent. Please read for yourself. But I let the whole thing play out as we seemed to have ok communication over email generally and i wasn’t prepared to pay for another courier. In summary, the service was as advertised, the issue I have is the Cycle Sent customer service, getting an expensive bike picked up and delivered requires some assurances and hand holding, Cycle Sent could have done more in my opinion, and their website/ phone need maintenance.. causes unnecessary stress being faced with web errors, compounded by poor lines of communication and bad reviews. I think 3 stars is fair. Paid for the delivery, bubblewrap, added the insurance (see below, there is a error at this stage) all the details carefully added. In the confirmation, delivery address is incorrect. Phone number isn’t active so send email, they respond next day and amend the address. Then, Cycle Sent email saying they have no record of my order, so send the proof of purchase, they replied, all is fine… Box arrives to sender on time, as scheduled for the Friday, but with nowhere near enough bubble wrap, sender has to supply more. Then I’m emailed and asked to follow a link to purchase insurance (the website leads you to believe you have added on checkout) but the sum total is wrong on second inspection. So I pay for the insurance, again the addresses are scrambled on checkout, I ask for confirmation of the addresses supplied to the courier, they confirm they are, all ok. The Bike is collected on Monday as planned, no communication or replies on the day from Cycle Sent to my worrying etc, but fine, sender says at 3pm Monday the courier collects. Now in hands of APC the courier. Tuesday 9th, day of delivery, bike has not left the overnight sending depot, delivery depot suggests its maybe delayed in the network, await advice from Cycle Sent, email ceases at this point. Wednesday Bike arrives. APC were very good at the delivery end, the sending end i was unable to contact at all, APC are a network of individually owned depots, I think its luck and chance if you get one with good email response etc.

Quick to take your money, but not in prividing you with a refund and communication! Avoid this company. I've tried ringing the number that isn't active. I've had email communication upto the point of agreeing a refund and for the the past 2 months absolutely nothing. I do believe this company is using the silence treatment to scam people out of money. Because of this im going to report them to Trading Standards and hopefully other people follow suit. Its not acceptable to willingly hold back my money, i would travel the 400 mile round trip to face these scamers if we wernt going through this covid-19 crisis! Cycle Sent if you see this please return my money, you didn't provide me with any services so you have zero grounds to keep it.

As others have experienced here. Very poor service. Company run by people that don’t care as long as they get your money Item never delivered and they refusing to refund my money. Came up with no solutions just accused me of lying.. their version of customer service is to point away blame and ignore people. FYI my item was less than £6... clearly I wanted to take them for their money. As good as thieves.

Terrible service, didn't collect as agreed and just kept me waiting in all day, their phonelines don't work, emails go unanswered, ended up delivering the bike myself (350 mile round trip) still chasing Paypal for my refund! AVOID Cyclesent at all costs.
