Feb 26,2025I emailed daals when I placed the order to say that my house has a railway bridge prior to it and there is a height restriction. It arrived today and I had to drive to the delivery vehicle and collect my unit which was too big to fit and I had to drive with my roof down to accommodate it. Thank goodness it wasn’t wet weather. Really disappointed with the customer care The response to my review gave an explanation, however it would have been better to be informed of this before delivery took place so I could make arrangements or cancel the order

Feb 26,2025Failed to deliver during agreed time-slot, when contacted the excuse was that it wasn’t loaded on the Van, after more than 24 hours with no update I asked for a refund and the response was to ask if I wanted to wait for another 24 hours to see when they could attempt a second delivery, when quite frankly I would expect this to be within 2 days of the failure and not 2 working days just for answer as to when they would deliver! The refund took a week to be processed
