Haven’t put it together yet so can’t comment on the quality but Craig & Lee delivered it and placed it in the room I needed without a problem. Were so professional and helpful and happy to help. Great customer service.

Feb 26,2025Awful customer service, complete misinformation. One says one thing and another different. They don’t communicate between them selves I felt like going in circles! They kept passing me each time I called to different representative and I had to go over and over same story. Bed arrived damaged! Colour of bed was different than on photos … more like beige. I hate beige if that’s was on pictures would never ordered it ! Had to wait a week for collection of bed and 3 weeks for refund! Absolute nightmare!
