Feb 26,2025Product only part quality checked by myself due to illness. Will check rest asap. Delivery arrived rather early in the day as against phone advisor the previous day. My phone was off so did not receive your text re time slot. Driver asked to use toilet, which never happens with other deliveries. I am surprised that they don't carry urinal devices in their vans.

I have sent proof and explain numerous times what the issue is as one of the ball bearings are broken on a chest of drawers I have purchased yet another have got nowhere and keep asking for more proof and not been given any information or hope on the issue getting resolved

Feb 26,2025Love the furniture but the delivery time was NOT good - I was told when I ordered that delivery would be by 20th but it took me messaging every day from19th to actually get delivery on 25th. This should be communicated when placing the order as the company waits for enough orders in your area before they deliver.
