Feb 14,2025I initially received a damaged table, which took over a month for them to collect and replace. Shockingly, the replacement was also delivered damaged! Their customer service is appalling—communication is slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, they ignore customer requests and try to force their own terms. Their emails are even borderline threatening, showing complete disregard for customer rights. If you value your time, money, and a stress-free shopping experience, avoid this company at all costs. I do not recommend them at all!
