I then ordered small cabinet and coffee table. Same again, very friendly staff. Arrived when they said they would. Could not recommend Daals enough. So happy with the furniture and delivery guys. Feb 15,2025Customer service the biggest waste of human resource I have ever known. I couldn’t be at the address for my delivery. When I received a text I had all of 2 hours to agree to the date. I was at work at this time with no access to my phone. Daals could not reschedule, so now I have to miss the delivery, get charged a further fee and sort this whole stupid mess out myself. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They will give you a very small amount of time to agree to the date of your delivery!!! Customer service are a useless call centre who can do literally nothing. Not happy at all!!!!!

Feb 15,2025Terrible. Wrong item delivered and a huge nuisance as the item is so big and a massive inconvenience. I will leave on driveway for when you can collect. I tried to communicate this. No one responds or helpful. So this item may be left outside in all weather. Up to you I had someone booked in and have paid for services for someone to hang the mirror. Wasted time and money

Feb 15,2025bought a sofa and paid for priority delivery. sofa delivered, part missing. took photos, send them to daals. as it was a type of bolt, i asked them to tell me which part to replace them. they emailed me ignoring my photos, asking for more photos. no solution. emailed back asking for the part. response saying they would reply in 2 days about a solution within 5 more days. a sofa is not something you can tuck out of the way in a small london flat. I ended up figuring out (and going to buy) the screws myself and emailed them letting them know about this. they replied a day later saying they were posting the screws. No apology or acknowledgement of my message again. Absolutely nonsensical responses, leaving me with a half built sofa til i sorted myself. disappointing.

Feb 15,2025The delivery / collection process is horrendous. You are not given a window they instead text you the day before collection and you have to call within two hours of the message else they will turn up and charge you for the privilege. In work in meetings, in France (as I was for one of these), or if you work in the kind of job where this wouldn't be possible (teacher, nurse, doctor) well then you are screwed. You cannot do anything else, no text back, no email, no online portal. I don't understand how this works for anybody.

Feb 15,2025Good quality furniture at reasonable prices. We live on a new build estate which isn’t on Google maps yet and Jonas from Customer Services was very helpful and made sure he found out how our address can be accessed so there won’t be issues with the delivery.
