You just get used to having your deliveries dumped on you by other company’s and just accept it as normal practice. These were nice guys who made my morning. Not even opened the boxes yet so I can’t comment on the contents.

Feb 14,2025I am really happy with my new Gianni sofa from Daals, it looks great and I love the colour. It’s not as squishy as it looks but the seat is deep so it’s comfy. I spoke with their customer services team quite a bit when arranging delivery and can’t fault them, especially Alan who was very helpful, and Jack and William who delivered the sofa were excellent - very friendly and helpful, I can’t thank them enough. My only complaint would be that you can’t choose your delivery date, which is a bit annoying for a large item, but other than that, the product and service is great.

I had an emergency the day of delivery, but the excellent customer service from Glendale meant the delivery could be left with a neighbour at short notice. My neighbour said Sean and James were lovely and arrived in good time. 10/10.

Feb 14,2025Loved the Chantilly bedside table and chest of draws. Came part assembled and was simple to install. Product received November in good time. Looked lovely. The surface finish is the issue, it literally wipes off with a simple damp cloth to clean it, Daals consider that to be wear and tear. I am having to replace the product already! Such a shame that this company fails when it comes to customer service. Any company that does not value customer experience is not to be trusted. I was planning on using them for my other refurbishments, but not now.
