Really awful experience. The delivery drivers were incredibly rude - rolling their eyes at me & making snarky comments about not being able to help bring my delivery into my flat. They kept pushing me to say I was refusing delivery when in fact it was them. Daals still took my money despite their drivers refusing to help bring my 60kg package in.

Paid £60 to have it delivered on a specific date & was promised it would be delivered on that date, for it to be late & have the worst customer service ever, the advisor was extremely rude and cheeky. Yet to receive our money back for the delivery.
Great friendly customer service. Kept up to date on every step of the journey, providing peace of mind. Items delivered as planned in good condition. However, I would like to suggest that Daal consider providing an option for allocated day of delivery, especially if big items are being ordered, even if it means paying an extra fee. This would be helpful for customers like myself where off days are scarce and aren't easy to take off on short notice. I didn't have to be present to receive which was good, but that did leave me with 3 HEAVY packages that I now had to haul by myself into my house. I would have gladly paid extra to avoid this!
Easy ordering, excellent communication and flexibility regarding delivery, fast customer service and most of all a very nice sofa that was easy to assemble using the instructions in the box. We're very satisfied with our purchase experience.

Lovely sideboard. Good customer service and delivery was no problem. Had a call 10 minutes before Delivery and our delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful with bringing in the furniture

Delivered downstairs to the communal area. Didn't know I had to make alternative arrangements to get Delivered to the door. Was told it wasn't their problem how I get it up, it was extremely heavy solid oak table, which it took 2 of them to move from the van to the communal area.
Insure your delivery drivers to go up stairs in blocks of flats. We had 3 huge boxes (weighing around 30/40kg each) that were left at the bottom of our stairs as the delivery drivers advised they were only ensure to go up in lifts, not stairs. I’m a 5ft 24 year old girl and so massively struggled to get the items up my stairs. Will not be ordering furniture from Daals again now knowing this information.

Similar experience to others. Ordered a bed frame on Jan 14 with a target delivery date between January 26 - 30. Tracking showed it "shipped" on Jan 22, but no movement after. Jan 30 came, and we contacted them via email, but customer service could not tell us the projected delivery date. They repeatedly said they are 'working on it'. A week went by, and we asked them to send the order back to the warehouse as we were feeling uneasy about the whole situation. They said okay, but our refund wouldn't be issued until it arrived back to them. To us, this is between them and their shipping partner now. We are not liable as to whether or not the item is returned to them, especially as it never made it to us in the first place. It is now Feb 14 and still no refund. We filed a credit card dispute and are getting our money back. Avoid this company.

Genuinely the worst customer services I’ve ever experience. Sofa ordered, which was faulty (be aware of poor workmanship). Tried to return it, but they wanted multiple videos, trying to dispute the fact the sofa wasn’t up to standard. They wanted me to organise and pay for the courier to return it. Customer services are based overseas and do not seem to be permitted to accept returns. Going through the credit card company to try and get a refund. Do not let the low price fool you, the whole experience was shocking.
Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs they will charge you late delivery fees despite no attempted delivery very hard to get your money back in terms of refund. Fake trust pilot reviews. Extremely poor customer service. Please check Google reviews before giving this company your money. No delivery attempts made at all!

Easy to order. Fast delivery without express charge. Seems good quality. Eric and Scott carried the boxes from the car park to the kitchen, which was great. I was missing a screw.
