Dec 08,2024From my experience of being customer of other company with many errors, I got to say Davinci team the ones I got the help from were exceptional. Shoutout to Maddi Davis for helping me with onboarding process. I'm paying $4 less compared to other company as well but its same address. And I've also gained my own PMB mail box number as well which I did not with other virtual office company! I can also rent day office, meeting room of different sizes in many cities at anytime almost in a heartbeat by logging into my account! Yes other companies offer these features but its lot more difficult to get around to do so, especially when it comes to paying..... Davinci makes it easy to get started and I wish I got started with Davinci from the inception of my business from the beginning. Just remember that you need to sign and submit USPS form before legally being able to use the address for your business. Make sure to do this before getting started or you will have to wait until this step is done which took for me few days. Other than that you won't be getting all the free features compared to other companies. Like getting free weekly email about mail received notification. However you can pick up mail during business hours M-F. If you read to here, know that you will never find a perfect virtual office company. That's the same way with life, are we perfect ourselves as human? No so don't expect perfect service but find the one that works for you and your business. For me and my business Davinci is the best choice.

Dec 07,2024I experienced A+ service from inception to end. Briana and Char were excellent in helping me set up my services. I even upgraded based on Briana's recommendations. Customer service was always prompt and courteous. I ended my services because I had to make changes to my lifestyle, but I will definitely return and recommend Davinci to folks that need their services. Thank you, Ashley S., for helping me— You were phenomenal and prompt, and that truly is a big reason for me deciding to do this review.

Nov 26,2024Davinci is a great company. I am so glad I chose to work with them. They responded super fast with 100% professional manner. I set up my office within 24-48 Business hours. And the reason why it's taken so long was not because of Devinci, but my own. My DL expired and I was waiting for the actual license to arrive. However, Maddie told me I could used my own notary, and I got it taken care and I was able to get my office in the same afternoon. Gigi, Maddie, and her supervisor, Brandi, are wonderful. I would totally recommend them.
