Worked with Brandi Garcia. She was very helpful and kind.
Good customer service. Awesome. 👍
Response was super fast and followup was exceptional. Overall a great experience. Just one small point, It would be helpful if it is informed to the customers that the amount is in USD and not CAD. Keep up the good work.
I can't say enough great things about Aiden Reich at Davinci -- always prompt, always helpful and always keen to go the extra mile. I appreciate the professionalism and commitment.
Jessica Redfoot my customer care specialist has been very thoughtful and helpful.
So, although I had scheduling issues connecting with the online notary service that Danvici provides as a courtesy, Davinci stayed on top of it all and remained patient and I was able to get my request without having to go to the snail mail route. Yay Davinci!
My account rep
I used Davinci because Grace was the only one that called me back after contacting several companies.
The staff was very professional and customer-centric. Pleasant office environment, clean, neat, and organized.
Not a pleasant experience whatsoever.
Briana and her team has been phenomenal in providing me service. She took her time to find me the right city after going through four cities with more than three zip codes. Then hooked me up with one that I didn't think of. The rest of the process was smooth. Very beautiful soul and professional and personable. She and her team made my day!
Very good service and options. Brandi was very helpful and got setup very quickly.
It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten my address sorted. All paperwork on my end has been completed but still waiting. Getting to customer service is horrible. Have to leave a voicemail for someone to call you back is a problem for me when I need answers urgently on the status of my issues
Great service, great people.
After signing up and getting an address with DaVinci, I discovered my bank would not accept the address. After doing some research, I learned that this is due to a combination of (1) the Patriot Act; (2) the bank, (3) and the type of address. Unfortunately, the Patriot Act restricts which types of addresses banks can accept as business addresses. I already knew that PO boxes and registered agent addresses are not acceptable for an LLC. However, I now know (which was this case in this situation) that even if you choose a street address it may be treated like a PO Box by banks if it is through a CMRA and is PMB address. Even if it looks like a street address and is acceptable to all other services and your state as a valid business address. I was not informed about the potential of this happening before signing up with DaVinci and I think that DaVinci and similar services should provide verbal information about this to potential customers. I sought and received consultation regarding the banking end of things: banks want to see a physical address and lease. So, a home address or rented office space with a lease. The problem here is that not every startup can afford to rent office space for $530-$1,000+ per month. And, using a home address for a business in many cases presents a security and privacy issue (e.g., you don't want clients showing up at your house or apartment, you live in an apartment complex and your lease prohibits using your apartment address as a business address, you work as a contractor for an organization that prohibits use of your personal address, such as in the case of work requiring a government security clearance). Of course, in some cases and for some businesses/professions using a home address (if you own a hose) is acceptable. The second part of the consultation I received is that some banks are stricter than others, and variance can occur within a bank across branches, with some more accepting than others. And, thirdly, having a prior personal relationship with a bank (you've established a prior face-to-face relationship with a banker) can be very helpful in showing and establishing credibility. Regarding the type of address, most banks will not accept a street address as business address if it is from a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency). It will be treated as a PMB (Private Mail Box). A PMB is like a PO Box but has a street address rather than a PO Box address. A PO Box is offered by USPS or UPS, while PMBs are offered by CMRAs. The way around the problem is to rent an office space where you have both a lease for the space and a separate mailing address. You provide your bank the office address. This is what I have found is accepted. There are a variety of options for this: (1) use your home address (but understand the pros and cons); (2) lease an actual office (usually by square footage)--but this is costly; (3) This worked for me: There are services that will provide an office lease and a separate mailing address -- (a) I recommend requesting a contract with quote before signing it, to provide to your bank, asking whether the bank will accept the arrangement as a business address. Make sure the proposal states it is a lease for office space (my bank accepted this); (b) Give your bank the actual, physical office address and not the mailing address. They will want at least one proof of address (e.g., utility bill with the new address). I am grateful DaVinci was understanding of the situation and canceled my contract. Though the situation was very upsetting, I now understand the various aspects of this, as I've described. I'm providing this information so that others won't go through the frustration I went through. Lastly, speak with a CPA or lawyer regarding the information I provided here, as I am neither. But this is my experience and based on the consultation I received from my bank and my company's entity management service.
I received an email that mail was not being delivered at my virtual office from one of my accounts. I called Davinci to find out what had happened. Aiden Reich contacted me and looked into this matter on my behalf. She continued to follow up with not only me but with the virtual office staff until the problem was identified and corrected, which turned out to be a mistake from the vendor not having my address correct and not with Davinci. Aiden went above and beyond to find out what the problem was, how to correct it, and kept me informed throughout. I was very satisfied with the result that Aiden provided.
Aiden Reich promptly and effectively addressed our query and ensured that the requested service was successfully put in place. While the electronic verification procedure posed challenges for us, being located in the United Kingdom, Aiden was helpful and offered the alternative option of the NotaryCam service. We highly valued and appreciate the service provided.
Every step of the funnel through end was easy, professional, and the customer service has been extraordinary. Everyone apart of the Davinci Virtual Office Solutions operation should feel rightly proud of the work they're doing.
Good Support, Response time, rates. Required documents area needs a little improvement and should be user friendly.
