I was VERY impressed with the response I got when inquiring about the location I chose. After deciding to go forward, I was contacted by the Customer Care Specialist assigned to me - Brandi Garcia. The personal contact and assistance was unexpected and welcomed by me! I became even more impressed. She called me, answered every question and then stayed in contact and answered more questions. I emailed her several times and she responded so quickly, always ready to help. This whole concept was new to me and she made the process go smoothly. Thank you Brandi!

May 25,2023When I first got started with Davinci it was a bit confusing when selecting a location because I was told different options concerning mail delivery from 2 different sales people. I finally got the answer I needed to make a decision and the rest of the process went very well. That is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I had a good experience with them and would use them again for other locations.

Jun 07,2023Your customer service is not responsive to this client's question or needs. I am extremely disappointed. I have been paying since September for a service that I have not had the help I requested to set up. As long as there was a credit card on file, I was charged but my request for a telephone call to answer my queries did not happen. CANCELLING the future paydays.
