This was a long and tedious process. I had no idea that I was basically going to have to go through a background check to purchase a virtual office. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The startup fee was expensive, $300.

They were great when I was signing, as I was very clear when signing up that the location I was choosing had a physical address as my home state needed this. The sales team reassured me this was the case. Within one week I discovered my home state does not accept the office they gave me. I asked for cancellation and refund, and was promptly 'ghosted', and just received it's been cancelled, no acknowledgement of refund. Every time I've called the office they person picking up says the cancellation office is out for lunch or another excuse.
We always receive quick responses from Davinci Customer Service when we reach out to them....and they seem very open to feedback on system improvements.

Jun 22,2023Difficult onboarding process with onerous requirements. Requested insurance policies and home mortgages which I refused to supply. Then a virtual meeting to upload further forms of ID. If you are a busy business owner you will not want to waste time on this. Other virtual offices have no such requirements
