Nov 26,2024Ordered an item on 4th November as a present for my 10th anniversary, and was guaranteed delivery within 3-7 days. Three weeks after ordering, item still hasn’t been delivered, despite me chasing constantly. The company has now stopped replying to my emails. They have stolen almost £80 from me. Do not order from this company. They are thieves and a lady called Sarah has lied to me in writing. I will be contacting the police, unless I receive a refund within 24 hours.

Nov 25,2024Was informed at time of purchase that the item would be dispatched 5-7 days-10 days later still not dispatched, looked online for reviews, realised this had happened to others. Emailed customer email and cancelled order requesting refund due to delay, was informed that there was no email or person I could contact in relation to refund and it took a further 10 days after several emails to receive email saying refund was being processed. Still awaiting refund. Wish I had reviews first.

No refund for over £400 worth of items returned in Feb 2023!!!!!!" dated 27th Oct 2024 and I have still received no reply or refund from Decor Interiors. Absolutely shocking, avoiding my phone calls, emails and now reviews too!!!!!!

Nov 10,2024I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with this company. I placed an order for an expensive table, expecting delivery within the promised timeframe of 3 to 7 days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the table for over two and a half months. Throughout this period, I reached out multiple times via email, and while I was assured that my order would be shipped that week, those promises were not fulfilled. At times, I did not receive any response at all. When the table finally arrived, I found the quality to be unsatisfactory and broke. I won't be sending it back, as I'm confident they won't issue a refund. Given my experience, I would advise potential customers to thoroughly research reviews before making a purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Nov 01,2024Ok let's start by saying I read the reviews here and was worried as so many bad. I ordered on Wednesday night and just now Friday morning it has been delivered exactly as in picture. From my own personal experience this has been one of easiest fastest and best companies to deal with.

Oct 26,2024DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Ordered a mirror on 12/10. Still not received it. Spoke to someone on 24/10 who stated that the mirror had been sent and I should have received it on 18/10. They said they would look into this but no response. I am waiting for a full refund. Waste of time business.

Oct 16,2024We ordered a mirror and paid £12.95 for 3-7 days delivery. After waiting 4 times that length it didn’t arrive and so we chased. They said they would refund the delivery charge (they didn’t). 27 days later they said they cannot find a reliable supplier and so would refund the cost. 15 days later and we haven’t got that either. All in all, we paid £117 for a mirror 42 days ago, which they couldn’t supply and haven’t followed through on any of the refund they promised. I was hesitant to write a review because they said they were a family business but I now genuinely think that might be a cover story and it’s a fraudulent venture. They haven’t responded to emails or answered the phone. In case they read this, my order number is DI-36444. Please can you return the money you have stolen?

This is the second time I have purchased from this company, and I am experiencing the same poor service with communication and delivery. Terrible customer service. My order number is 37135

Oct 11,2024Ordered a table lamp more than 2 weeks ago. Should have been delivered within 5 days. No one answers the telephone and one reply to number of email saying will look in to it. I think it’s a fraudulent site.

Nov 26,2024Ordered a mirror and it took 10 weeks to arrive after being told it would arrive in 1. The mirror arrived broken. Asked them for a refund and they refused. Sent them pictures of how it arrived. They then blocked my phone number. Awful way to run a company
