Sep 17,2024The sale of our house was a three year project with more downs than up but through it all Matt at the Dorridge office remained positive, proactive and a calming influence. After one disappointment too many we took our house off the market in spring 2023 but Matt was always in the background saying that he was ready should we decide to try again. That actually happened in February this year when we had an offer on a property accepted but in the knowledge completion would take around six months due to probate. Matt found a buyer for us and managed to keep all parties happy until completion. We are extremely grateful to him and have no hesitation in recommending him and DM&Co.

Aug 30,2024Amazing amazing amazing from start to finish! The best estate agents in solihull and I should know as I've dealt with a few. Ann was absolutely fantastic with all of it. I couldn't have asked for anything more from her and her team. I fully recommend DM&CO. Right from the start when Lisa came out to my property and talked things through with me to the photographer whose photos were amazing and then Ann looking after me all the way through right to the very end! Well done DM&CO. You're the best!!!!

I am very grateful to Peter, Ann, Evie and particularly Victoria who have worked tirelessly to make sure things were dealt with sensibly and quickly. They have been brilliant communicators and really took the initiative to get things moving when the chain looked like breaking down. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’m the first time buyer so I have needed a lot of advice and help, both Julie And Victoria have been amazing, and it’s really easy to get in touch with the whole team at DM&Co. I’d recommend highly! I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for the phenomenal communication at DM&Co that I would’ve pulled out of my first home as my solicitors were so unhelpful.

Part of the reason for initial enquiry was due to their reputation in the area and also award winning which made me think they might have that large company, non personal feel but I can say it was the opposite and the team were very professional with lots of knowledge but still provided a personal touch that gave me confidence to give them the property to market and the whole process has been great from start to finish.

A big thank you to Ann for marketing and selling our mother’s house. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she always responded to our calls and queries expeditiously, sometimes out of hours. Ann always kept us informed and updated throughout the whole selling journey, as well as providing sensible and honest advice from the very outset. We certainly benefitted from her professional, passionate, and committed approach. Jul 20,2024Well what a turnaround. I live in a different area to my Dad and have heard nothing but stress over problems not being rectified with his rental property. I have recently been in touch with Julianne from the office and the communication has been amazing. Things getting sorted, if they can't be sorted - regular updates - and that's all you want so you are not left in the dark. Thank you Julianne - can't recommend you and your company enough now. You are a superstar. I am now looking forward to sleeping at night :-)

Professional, efficient and reliable - exactly what you need when finding a suitable tenant. I was really impressed with the swift process and promptness to getting the right tenant (within 7 days from advertising to moving in!)
