Jul 11,2024I spent 384 pounds hard earned money yesterday for my DPF to be cleaned and lights on the dashboard to be reset. After cleaning I too the vehicle for a ride and the lights just came back on. I called the agent and he tells me to change the dpf sensor and ask the mechanic to clear the codes which I did but the lights still persist. My car is still struggling to move on the motor way I am so angry with myself for engaging the services of this inept agent and this company. I wish I can get my money back especially when am struggling to get by at the moment. I don't recommend any one to use this company. When you called me this morning I explained to you exactly as is written above. You offered to send an engineer but i refused because Attila, your engineer (or is he not representing dpf fixer?) did a bad job. I didn't want him near my vehicle again. I have to resought to other engineer. The email I sent you wasn't replied to though you promised. On our telephone conversation You did mention I only do short trips with my vehicle though this was not relevant for you to say. Even if I did, this is the reason I engaged your services.

Jul 10,2024Dave had done a DPF clean, which went well. However, after he left the cursed yellow light appeared briefly, then went off and stayed off. I texted Dave and he dropped by just to check the fault code. It was to do with a replacement DPF sensor bedding in. He cleared the fault code and its been fine since. It's nice to see that DPF Fixer were prepared to follow up and make sure all was well.

Jul 10,2024had it book in with technician calld attila came out clean my dpf on my ford mondeo mk4 2012 20tdi on private plate did job with diagnastic dpf cleaned regeonergion could not compelete failed was advised need check recommended vaporized pump vaporized glow plug could need replacing i only wish never use these guys went the proper way when to dpf garage they took my dpf off and clean it like new program in my car cost £210 and car drives better then ever after paying £360 to dpf fixer i never usually write reviews but after while been bugging me so this will help people making my mistake go in my opinion to garage get dpf taking off cleaned out like new for less money all my car need was taken off cleaned like new

James did a great job, very professional, checked everything twice. Very cheerful, helpful and polite. Highly recommend 👌
