Jul 23,2024Called yesterday just before closing and was booked in for this morning! Spoke on the phone with Charlie who was fantastic and had great customer service. Jamie arrived at 10am and by 11:30, my car was fixed! He was incredibly polite, explained the process and was very friendly. 3 days ago, I’d never heard of a DPF until my car stopped working and now it’s back on the road running smoothly. Jamie is a credit to the company and clearly very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company and especially Jamie!

Jul 22,2024I called and they managed to fit me in the same day , Chris was superb from the first call to let me know of his arrival time to getting the job done to a superb specification. He was happy to explain each stage as he went along and also found why my dpf had failed to regen and refitted the pipe for me which had popped off causing management light on my jaguar and stop the regen phase. He was superb and very efficient in getting the job completed. And if you have dpf issues then if you are told Chris is coming to your aid then you can feel assured that you have a top top bloke and superb technician coming to your rescue. Thanks mate you was a life saver and it was really appreciated all of your help and explanation as I now have more understanding about dpfs , how they work and what to look out for etc. Massive thanks again especially to Chris but also dpf fixer

Jul 18,2024Aron the Mechanic phoned with a Time and arrived on time as informed. Very polite very curtious on arrival. Knew what he was doing and explained everything. Very happy , my van is running like a dream again. Would thouroghly recommend him and this company . Would use again should I need but hope I don’t have too. 10/10

Jul 17,2024Chris was super friendly, competent and expedite. Definitely recommend. However, hope to not see him again anytime soon, under this same circumstances. :) DFP Fixer is not cheap, but that's not the technician's fault.

Jul 17,2024I had an amazing experience with this DPF fixer. when my Range Rover needed a DPF cleaning…I search online & they came the same day, unfortunately the job couldn’t finish because my car had an issue but the gentleman Andras was very professional & came back the next day to finish the job… Great after care service… highly recommended… thanks to the lady who answered the phone…

What a pleasant, personable and likeable young man with a font of knowledge who explained everything in laymans terms. The job was completed in no time at all so would have no hesitation in recommending DPF Fixer and certainly Zac who was so helpful and respectful.

The full process took around an hour and Zac explained how it has improved and removed the issue. Also provided with tips on how to avoid the issue in future. Highly recommended company to solve your dpf issue.
