Aug 01,2024Called DPF Fixer in the morning and arranged one of thier engineers to complete the works on the same day which was a bonus l, Attila was held up during the day and asked if it was OK to arri e later than scheduled as he had been held up, which was no problem Attila arrived at 19.45 keeing me well informed of the works which needed to be done and completed the job the same evening. Thank you Attila you are very professional, communication was very good a job well done.

Aug 01,2024I feel such an idiot to think I was gonna get my car working properly, you can’t possibly fix a car at the side of the road with just a spanner and a iPad??? I explained to DFX the problem, yes they cleared all the warning lights yes it drove fine for 20 minutes, suddenly filter warning lights comes on telling me to drive to clear, then red warning. £480.00 down the pan. Total deception!!! Scam!!! Fraudulently ripping people off, completely soulless!!! I guess it’s off to the main dealers, this is more frustrating than being robbed on the street, at least you know it’s happening. Sending pictures of warning lights as evidence for future customer. THEY CAN’T FIX YOUR DIESEL FILTER!!!

Jul 31,2024Absolutely done nothing 30 minutes charge £420 . Said we cleaned DPF filter but actually just reset the faulty codes. The filter hasn’t been cleaned. What a nightmare company !!! and stop lying to others that not true what are you writing and what has been talk between mechanic. LOOKS YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY. JUST LOST £420 FULL OF

Jul 31,2024Rang late Tuesday afternoon Zac arrived at 8.10 the following morning! He was an absolute sweetheart, explained everything step by step , had to go out in the car as part of the process of fixing it , Zac was extremely professional and managed to get it to do what was needed to ensure the filter could be emptied , £360 well spent , as opposed to a new filter that would have been £1500 -£2000🙁

Jul 29,2024My ‘exhaust filter full’ came on without warning and put the car into limp mode (fortunately close to home). Called DPF Fixer this morning about 9.40am and by 1.30pm the issue was sorted. Booking over the phone was really easy and the lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful. Zac came to do the job and he was super polite, on time and incredibly professional with it all sorted (and explained to me what had been done) in just about an hour. I would definitely recommend this company to others as their customer service is outstanding

Jul 27,2024A guy from DPF Fixer called Jamie was parked near where our van broke down and we approached him to ask for some help. He was so helpful and informative. We was about to get towed after waiting for 2 hours so Jamie couldn’t help us (we already paid for towe) but he was so helpful and explained to us what the issue probably was from the lights on the dash. We will defo use DPF fixers and Jamie again. Thank you so much!! Company is very helpful.

He offered to help us and explained to us the issue (it was DPF Light on our dash) - his name was Jamie and he was so so so helpful! Although he didn’t fix anything there and then (we were waiting to get towed) he absolutely was so helpful and we now would 100% use DPF Fixer in the future for our van!

Jul 25,2024I was desperate to get DPF issue sorted on wife’s Mitsubishi Outlander, messaged DPF fixer, they called back promptly and offered me a next morning appointment, Zoltan turned up bright and early, really polite and allowed me to explain the issue, then talked me through the process & cracked on with the job, all fixed in about 1.5 hours. What an amazing service, Zoltan you were ace! I really can’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks again!

The gentleman that came to clean and sort out my van's DPF gave me a courtesy call before arrival, which I think it was very professional. After an hour or so he completed the job and I was able to get back to work the very same afternoon. I will definitely use them again if need to, in the future. Highly recommend. Jul 25,2024I had inspection report from Mazda garage they were charging me £2100.00 then I had another car dealership Garage in Wigan, who charged me £700.00, I was searching on google about DPF cleaner and I came across DPF fixer. They booked me in for next day. A professional guy called Attila, came to my house cleaned DPF converter and then removed all the error codes from my Mazda 6. Really happy with quality of work and very professional and easy to use service. I will deffo recommend them to anyone with diesel cars. They cost me only £360.00 compared to other services.
