May 10,2024Zac from DPF was the mechanic who came out to sort my car, Despite not being able to get my car fully sorted due to my car having issues, he still did what he could do to help clean my dpf. The conpany kept in concideration that a full job had been paid for and not conpleted. They were easy to contact and when it came to requesting a partial refund they granted this. This company is very easy to deal with and they were open and honest before and after the job was completed. This company is worth going with!

May 10,2024Rang DPF Fixer yesterday, made appointment. Specialist named Atilla arrived on time, very pleasant and honest. Explained everything about the problem and how he was going to fix it, very knowledgeable. Took about just under 2 hours, and thankfully our vehicle was back running as it should be. Very pleased with the service I got. Wish I knew about DPF Fixer and Atilla before I wasted a fair amount of time and money asking my service garage to remedy the problem, for which they failed miserably and said I needed a new dpf filter system that was going to cost £1k's! Thankyou DPF Fixer, Matt and Atilla.

May 10,2024I googled DPF mobile fixers & DPF fixers we’re at the top of the list, left my detailes on the on - line form & within minutes Matt called me & spoke about my problem & arranged a time & place at home for an mobile agent to arrive & true to there word a nice mechanic called egor came out 1st thing & sorted my DPF issues. Much much cheaper than main dealer defo be using again in the future if problem arises again.

May 09,2024Rang this morning and zac came out a few hours later. Very professional and quick. Even kind enough to go through the process with me and showed me why it wasn’t clearing itself. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok, would highly recommend to anyone will definitely save you money compared to going to a dealership

May 09,2024Following up on my previous post, DPF fixer have categorically stated that the problem with my engine, and it now being beyond economical repair ( written off) is purely “an unfortunate coincidence”. I stand by my opinion that the car was perfectly fine with DPF light on for literally months with absolutely no issues at all which can be professionally validated at the point of engine service and MOT test prior to DPF cleaning. The coincidence is extraordinary in my opinion and I would have appreciated DPF fixer to have warned me of any risk of catastrophic engine failure prior to them starting there cleaning process. DPF fixer are on notice to recover my costs, and my review still stands.

May 09,2024Had to call DPF Fixer whilst we were away on holiday. James came out the next day. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Nissan Navara 3 litre V6. Now runs better than has done for long time. Thanks James 🙌

May 08,2024I had to use DPF on a bank holiday and they had James the engineer out in less than half an hour. James was really friendly and very knowledgeable and talked me through all the stages of the procedure in a good manner. Would really recommend the service they gave especially if you get James.

Having been told by my garage there was nothing that could be done about the warning lights and if I took it to a dealership they'd replace the whole thing costing thousands I found this company. Reasonably priced they came within a few days and cleared everything. The light did come back on a few days later and upon calling they immediately sent someone out to rectify the issue. Very impressed, we do a lot of short journeys in the vans so I'll definitely be using them again when the filter inevitably becomes blocked again

May 08,2024I rang dfpf fixrer made an appointment they told me the time they kept to there word came out the engineer was very helpfull and friendly explained what he was doing. Went through every thing and got my car working again if not better i would recomend dpf fixer to any one that needs there car doing.Cheaper than a garage and with out the hassle of being with out your car . I gave them five stars . Thank you

May 08,2024James the guy who came to do the clean was great and very knowledgeable. unfortunately the clean was useless and made on difference but i still had to pay. the office staff messed my appointments up both times, which was very annoying. From my experience, I would not recommend.

May 08,2024Dave came out a few days ago. Real good job no problem since. Very profesional and quick. Even kind enough to go through the process with us, making sure we are aware that the fuel guage isn't working properly and is why the car isn't regenerating naturally. Went above and beyond, very happy with the service. And can recommend. Definitely will save you money compared to going to dealership.
