The work was thorough and detailed and he kept me informed and showed me what was happening along the way. After the work was complete they signed off the repair and tidied up where necessary. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend them to other customers.

Apr 13,2024Wow, James came out today to sort our DPF problem out on our Mazda CX5. He did a great job, and even had time to tell me about another problem that needs to be sorted in terms of a coolant temperature sensor. Highly recommended, if I did need too, would definitely use again, but hopefully I want have too. Will let others know tho of the great service, and saving me hundreds or even thousands of pounds. Apr 13,2024Booked an appt to sort out my Skoda Superb blocked dpf and found the whole experience really good. Easy to book, helpful sales guy talked me through what to expect. The engineer/mechanic Jamie made contact with me by the end of the day and confirmed the visit. He was very helpful and confirmed the date/time and kept in touch with me all the way. Jamie was very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing and what we could expect every step of the way. Thankfully the process was successful and my car is now running perfectly and all the warning lights are off. Great work, I would happily recommend this company to you.

Apr 12,2024Had James attend my vito with a blocked dpf, diagnosed the problem as a box sensor, had problems getting the van doing what he needed however his knowledge, patients and experience prevailed and now my van has got rid of all the lights and runs smooth

Apr 10,2024Great company, Darius did a superb job. I couldn’t be there so my wife met him. She said he was friendly, polite, explained the process in detail and how to avoid it in the future. The Disco Sport is out of limp mode, engine fault codes all gone. It’s not run this well in years! It’s not a cheep option but well worth money. I previously when with a cheaper option that did absolutely nothing.

Apr 10,2024When I first needed help they booked me in for next day morning and Darius - the engineer - successfully completed the cleaning and the car was fine however few days later the warning ⚠️ sign appeared again and after contacting the after care team they provided another appointment within few days and Darius did an excellent job again even though it turned out that it wasn't their fault as somehow the exhaust thermometer sensor was unplugged causing the DPF to get clogged. They did it second time for free. Darius had a great knowledge of the car mechanics for his very young age. Thanks and congratulations! Wish you the best!

Apr 10,2024What a great service! Couldn't be more happy to recommend the team at DPF Fixer. Main dealer couldn't do anything for 6 weeks but these guys moved their schedule around to fit me in within three days and carried out a PDF regeneration on my Range Rover Sport. The engineer advised a new MAS Detector be fitted, as no signal could be gained from the old one but said it was an easy DIY job, which it was. They've even booked in a return courtesy visit to check all is ok and to clear any faults still on the ICU, all free of charge and without quibble. Great and reliable service.

Apr 09,2024Absolute clowns these guys and janine the so called after care specialist well is unprofessional to say the least took £330 to clean a dpf then found out light back on and refused to come out after a week then found out the dpf is only £240 new so yeah a bit upset the whole company is unprofessional and I would advise to keep your money as you won’t get a second visit as promised and once your money has gone it’s gone no refund and now a response now it’s public below nothing but lies I offered proof and you was just to bothered about a good old argument so this matter is going further
