He explaned everything in and efficient and courtious manner and gave me a print-out of the work carried out and a general health check on the car, and then went on a test drive with me to make sure everything was ok. I am really pleased with the whole experience. 10 out of 10.

Nov 20,2024Where to start Chris came out because I couldn’t get my car to do a DPF burn he said it was blocked and did a clean fixed I thought 2 weeks later same thing he came back out said it was the DPF pressure sensor so I went to Greenhouse £135 for a new one still didn’t clear got back in touch with the cleaning firm who told me to take it to a garage anyway as it happens the person that had the car before me cut the DPF open took everything out of it welded it back up and mapped the car cost me £700 for new DPF to find this out The question is how can it be blocked and more to the point why did it cost me over £400 for a clean when it was empty I would not recommend this firm at all

Nov 20,2024"Just what it says on the tin". Prompt, and very high level service. The engineer Chris was as top level engineers are, polite, knew his game and delivered on the results. Would have got 5 stars if, any questions about accounts are not diverted to a voicemail, the office staff would have taken it up with the warranty company as they said rather than just bounce if back onto me and say its my job.
