Mar 17,2025I was charged 4 times the cost of the service. After contacting my bank they said I needed to contact Roadside Assistance. I left 2 messages with no return call. I have 2 refunds issued by I am still waiting on a 3rd one. They swiftly took my money, but they are slow to return it! They charged my account $776 for a flat tire!

Mar 17,2025Google a roadside assistance company and contact them yourself to avoid paying extra fees to someone to do that for you. You can Google assistance near me and cut out the middle man. This company is expensive

Mar 16,2025The man Who came followed through on everything Necessary to figure out how to get it started even though it was a 2023 Mustang GT premium. Plus it was in my garage in a very cramped space. Nothing deterred him he was great. Would Use Drive Roadside again anywhere anytime !
