Jul 09,2024I thought I was getting a battery replacement but the guy just charged it and left. $200 for about 1 minute of work. But my battery can't hold a charge, it already died again. The whole point was to get a new battery, I could have jumped it myself. Complete waste of money.

Jul 08,2024I was charged $200 for a technician to twist a cable connected to my battery. The service said “battery jump” but cables were never even used. There is no way it should cost $200 for a technician to simply touch a cable. This company is basically a scam capitalizing on people in a desperate state.

Jul 06,2024Apparently we hit something on the interstate that immediately told us that our tire was losing air pressure we got off the very next exit and pulled up to the air pump to pump the tire back up but as we were pumping it up we can hear air leaking so then we took the tire off and was going to put the donut on and then we couldn't get the actual tire that was flat off the vehicle we called the roadside service they did call us and told us that they were on their way it will be 20 minutes I think it was even shorter than that and the man was great he help us get our tire off and then he helped us put the donut on we were in Alabama when this happened we are from Tennessee and we were headed home we decided we was not going to drive home on a donut and we decided to stay the night at a hotel right behind the service station that we pulled in to get air and the guy was great he was wonderful he was appropriate and it was raining and storming and he and my husband both were standing out in the rain doing all of this soak and wet I really appreciate it we felt stranded and he came and rescued us and got us back on the road but my husband wanted to buy tires instead of riding home on the donut but we really did appreciate this guy showing up the way he did in the rain and helped us at least get us going again thank you so much you have an a++ from me thank you.

Jul 05,2024The driver came and told me my battery was down 2 decimals, but when AAA's came they took the time to check my corrosion on the battery and did more testing and discovered my alternator was going bad, "So I spent $199 for nothing will continue to do bad reviews for your company Very upset with the service that was provided and should be refunded my 199 for nothing being done Gail Schwartzer

Jul 05,2024The tow was a little more expensive than I was hoping for but I was an a state highway that AAA won't deal with. They didn't give the towing company they contacted for me my location despite having GPS showing where I was. The first driver the towing company sent out drove right by me and I had to call them back twice. What's the point of the app if it doesn't help make things more convenient?

Jul 04,2024My family and I were in the middle of our trip to celebrate Independence Day and we left our keys inside the car. We didn’t know what to do, in a state we didn’t know anyone or where to go, but luckily we found Drive roadside. We started the service and they contacted us so fast. In less than one our Austin, the professional who took care of us was parking next to us. He was so nice and helpful. He was kind and literally he saved our little vacations. Thank you Drive roadside team!

Jul 04,2024I was hesitant when I used this service because I had never heard of it before. I was contacted very quickly. When they arrived they were very quick to get my locked car door open so I could get my keys. I would use them again.

Jul 03,2024They we awesome last night & Friday night. The cable battery in my truck was lose. Therefore, my truck was unable to crank up. The last two tow guys came in to identify the issue. Additionally, the were able to screw down the cable on the battery. Henceforth, this wouldn't became issue goin forward. Frankly, this occurred while I finished grabbing a bite to eat.
