Feb 24,2025I expected AAA and google them. Your sire came up, and as I was in a bad spot, didn't realize you were not AAA, so it cost me about $200. You guys count on that I'm sure and it really steams me. I don't suppose I'll ever see any of that money again, will I? The man actually responded did a wonderful job so I tipped him well.

Feb 23,2025Company is great for getting a car jumpstarted. I needed a jump on a cold Denver day last week. However, don’t fall for the upsell on a new battery like me. They offered to replace my battery, which they did. After the car started up fine, they left. When I went to drive it a few hours later, I got a “Service Shifter” notification on the car. Won’t move out of park and has been sitting idle for days. I scheduled a follow up appointment with exact details on why I wanted them back out. They call when they are close by to ask about needing a jump (didn’t bother reading my note) and ran for the hills when I said the reason I needed them. Again, they’re fine at getting the car jumped, just don’t let them upsell you on additional work when they have no intent to see it through. Car had zero issues before and it’s a massive inconvenience to have a useless car.

Feb 21,2025I was parked at the Airport for over a week in subzero temps. I googled Minot ND roadassistance, filled out the info and they called and confirmed right away. I didnt have to sit and wonder if anyone was coming. Then the driver called to let me know he was here and he quickly jumped me and I was able to get on my way home. It took about an hour, which isnt too bad. A little spendy but I didnt have a choice and it all went well overall.

Feb 21,2025I requested service for a flat tire, and was connected to an associate about fifteen minutes later. I was told they were “en route” and the ETA was in 56 minutes. An hour passed, and I got another message claiming my ETA was updated to 60 minutes. After waiting ANOTHER hour, I was notified that the assistant canceled on me. The communication was terrible on their part, and wasted much of my time. I had to make a phone call in order to receive my refund, instead of the refund being automatic upon the driver cancelling on me. And now I won’t receive my refund for “3-5 business days.” I do not recommend.
