Jan 27,2025My rating is based mainly on two major factors. The amount of time it took overall between first waiting for someone to try and change my flat and then the 2 1/2 hours I waited for a tow truck that only then decided to cancel. Thankfully the second tow company arrived in just about 30 minutes and he was very polite and professional. The second issue I had was even though the technician who came to change the tire was polite and did her best. However, I was also disappointed to see just how few tools the tech was provided by the company she works for.

Jan 26,2025I paid $199 around noontime. The ETA WAS 25 minutes, than on tracking it said 45 minutes. No one answers the phone. NEVER SHOWED! We called another company at 4 and they came. Right away. We wasted a complete. Working day for false info from your company!

Jan 30,2025It was my son's third birthday and we were on our way home but had to make one stop. Came out to find a flat. Requested Drive Roadside on my phone and he was there in literally ten minutes and despite the fact that my son stood there and asked him questions and told him no fewer than 48 times that "we have a flat" he was done in no more than ten minutes and we were on our way. Super great guy.
