Jan 24,2025Within 10 minutes of making payment I had guy call me and tell me exactly how long he would be before he showed up!! When he showed up he was polite and knew what he was doing, even with the freezing temperatures!! Highly recommend this service over aaa. I’m a aaa member for 20 years when I initially called aaa with my situation I had to fill out a online sheet which was easy but I kept getting text messages every 15 minutes and nobody called me until 6 hours after my initial call! Total nonsense!!

Jan 23,2025I found myself in a situation with a flat at the side of the road. I was unable to change it myself and went online and found roadside assistance. I loved that they had a tracking feature, so I knew exactly the window when someone was coming to help me. When the person arrived, they very quickly changed my tire and I was on my way. I would use them again if I was in this type of situation.

Jan 22,2025The dispatcher was clear and quick in his communication with me about when to expect the tow truck driver and the driver also checked in before he arrived at our car and we made a plan for how to meet him. They were there within the time they set for us and the service was performed quickly and effectively without damaging our car. It meant a lot given we had to organize the service from a different location and could not wait with our car.
