Feb 02,2025Heading home from Jackpot NV to Caldwell ID at 1am we ran out of gas. I must have been really tired cause I did not notice my fuel was so low. We were an hour and a half into the commute when we ended up on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I was in a rental so I have no AAAservice. I immediately looked up assistance and ROADSIDE Assistsnce came up. I filled out a quick info form and a ping button for my exact location. A few min later I got a call that help was on the way. It was an hour wait but I was in the middle of nowhere so it was expected. Relief came as I was able to track the location of my tow truck and to see where he was en route to me. When Adolfo (I think was his name) arrived he was a really nice guy. He put in two gallons of gas and told me where the next gas station was and if I needed to go further he could assist with more gas if needed. Two gallons was enough. I started the car and he waited to make sure I was on the road. THAT is what I call great service at 1am. Thank you! Thank you!
