Feb 19,2025Efficient, great communication, gets the job done as soon as possible! I have a 1999 van with a battery that dies pretty frequent. I requested their service and in less than 5 min the van was up and running again!

Feb 18,2025I was out of town - heading home in the dark, cold and rain when my tire light came on and even though I stopped to put air in my tire - it was going flat fast. I used USAA Road Side Assistance app and was kept up to date with the arrival of the technician who did an amazing job switching out my tire to the spare and getting me back on the road home. He was polite, excellent customer service and made the horrible flat tire experience a very positive one. Thank you.

Feb 16,2025I called because my battery gave up on life in the middle of a moderate blizzard- road conditions were awful, it was cold and windy as heck- but they sent a tech who got there within the hour. The man who helped me was incredibly patient and kind, and switched my battery on the go. I was able to get home safely within 2 hours of getting stranded- from online booking to incredibly fast response, DRIVE roadside is the way to go.
