Nov 09,2024My tire blew out on the highway and my son n law was having a difficult time changing my tire. I went into driver roadside website and was able to get assistance in 30 minutes. The gentleman was very helpful and got me back on the road in 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.

Nov 09,2024Worker was professional and quick in replacing my flat tire with my spare tire. He also aired up my spare tire. I didn’t time it but would guess he was to me within 30 minutes and he probably took about 20 minutes to complete the work. Well done.

Nov 08,2024My car wouldn’t start. I requested a jump around 10:15pm. They arrived about 30 minutes later. Jumped my car and I was on my way. The driver said it was probably just the battery.

Nov 08,2024Someone fraudulently used my email address to obtain services from Drive Roadside App. Because I don’t have an account I could not contact anyone at this business to report the fraud. I tried to reply to the invoice email as it instructed, but I got an automated response that replies are blocked. There was no phone number or alternative contact information that I could find anywhere, including their website. Since the survey was sent to my email, I can at least address the issue that this particular business has no protection or reporting process for fraudulent activity.

Nov 07,2024I had a great service experience. I got a flat tire and requested the service early in the morning. The mechanic came in around an hour and replace my spare tire promptly. She did a great job and also gave me some tips about cars and tires.

Nov 07,2024I had a flat tire at night when it was snowing. Drive Roadside was fairly prompt considering all the circumstances - it took them only one hour to arrive. The employee was very courteous, informative, and took no time at all to change the tire to my spare. I would highly recommend this company.
