Nov 23,2024If i could give 0 stars I would. Company refund policy is a joke. I called twice to get a refund when I didn't require services anymore and they refused my refund. The first time I got a response. The second time they didn't bother to reply I waited 3 days for a response. The company also has a 49 dollar cancelation fee. So basically just wants your money. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. 200 dollars is robbery as well. Oh and I was also told there was no management and they had to just resubmit my refund request.

I was able to track his progress via text. He arrived on time, was professional, and got me back on the road in no time. I will definitely use Drive Roadside again and highly recommend them for others.
