Nov 04,2024Bing far from home and alone, I was very anxious. The assistant was compassionate and understanding. He worked quickly to get me going again and even got me back in my car after the doors locked with my keys in it.

I had to call to input correct address and person I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for making my flat tire experience quick and efficient..

Oct 31,2024I had a flat yesterday while driving to work. It was early, 6:30 am. I wasn’t sure what to do so I googled roadside assistance and they did not disappoint. They had someone on the way within a few minutes. He called to let me know he was on his way and described his vehicle so I would know it was him when he pulled up. He was totally prepared and had me back on the road quickly. Very pleasant experience.

Oct 31,2024The gentleman who came to my rescue was so kind. He called when he was 10 minutes out. He took pics of the car, quickly got to work and had me back on the road in minutes.

Oct 31,2024I would leave zero stars if I could. They quoted me 89 minutes, when I called back after 90, they said 25 more minutes. 30 minutes later they told me 20 minutes. 45 minutes later they told me 8 minutes. I am currently on hold again waiting for the new update, which I am sure will be another amount of time that no one will show up.

Oct 29,2024The first kept me waiting for over an hour and then never showed up had to wait longer for another agent. The second person was great! I was very pleased with his service. My battery was replaced only a week ago and I was very upset about the prospect of having to cash in the warranty so soon. So when it was determined that my battery terminals were loose and not properly fastened I was ecstatic. Once the terminals were back in place the car worked perfectly no jump required!

Oct 28,2024When I blew a tire on I65 and was alone, I was so grateful to have found online Drive Roadside service. Their guy was to my rescue within 30 mins,! He was super nice and quickly changed my tire w the spare and I was on my way. Thank you!!

Oct 27,2024We were definitely stuck in a pickle and they got us back on the road super easily. Easy to request service and get going again. Took a little while to arrive but rush hour traffic causes lots of delays so I wasn’t too worried about the time. Offered simple solutions to get us going again. Slightly expensive but worth it to get us home. Would definitely use the service again if stuck in an emergency situation and would also recommend to others. Only lost a star due to price
